Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility Requirements
- Unworn and Unused: The item must show no signs of wear, washing, or use.
- Original Condition: All tags must remain attached and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products excluded for hygiene or safety reasons are marked as non-returnable on their individual product pages.
How to Start a Return

- Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and send return instructions along with the appropriate return address.
- Ship the Item: Securely package your item and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item. Follow the same return request process and specify the exchange you would like when contacting our team.
Shipping Costs and Refund Timeline
- Defective or Incorrect Orders: Riley New York will cover return shipping if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Change-of-Mind Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees on returned items.
