Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 1-2 business days. Any order submitted after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing on the next available business day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays are queued and begin processing on the following business day.

Delivery Method and Estimated Timeframe

We ship via Standard Shipping with an estimated transit time of 3-10 business days, for a total delivery window of 4-12 business days at no cost to you. Delivery estimates may be impacted by carrier delays, extreme weather, or high order volumes during peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier system to reflect updates.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the damage and contact us at support@rileynewyork.com as soon as possible. If tracking shows Delivered but the package has not arrived, check with neighbors and your local carrier. If unresolved, reach out and we will work with you to find a solution.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing.

Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order is typically in processing and cannot be canceled. You are welcome to return the item once it arrives per our Return and Refund Policy.
